Orders & Shipping
When do you despatch orders?
We ship Monday to Friday and aim to despatch orders within 2 weekdays. The speed of despatch is incredibly important to us and although unlikely, we will inform you of any difference.
How much does shipping cost?
We use Royal Mail for shipping who will pass to their shipping partners per country for global shipping. Our prices are driven from their costs for both standard and fully tracked and insured mail.
UK
Free Shipping over £50 – Tracked 24
Standard 2nd – £1.99 ( Under £20 )- 3-5 business days after despatch
Tracked 48 – £2.99 – 2-3 business days after despatch
Tracked 24 – £3.99 – 1-2 business days after despatch
Europe ( non EU ) – Currently a hold on EU orders due to new fees on 1st July – TBC
Free Shipping over £100 – Tracked
International Standard – £4.99 ( Under £20 ) – Estimated 7-10 business days from despatch, no tracking with this method. Customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
International Tracked – £10.99 – Estimated 5-7 business days from despatch, full tracking with this method. Customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
USA
Free Shipping over £100 – Tracked
International Standard – £5.49 ( Under £20 ) – Estimated 7-14 business days from despatch, no tracking with this method. Customs charges included as per new rules.
International Tracked – £10.99 – Estimated 7-10 business days from despatch, full tracking with this method. Customs charges included as per new rules.
Rest of the world
Free Shipping over £100 – Tracked

Can I track my order?
All orders over £20 have tracked only options as default so absolutely! As soon as your order is despatched you will be informed of tracking details, the link is in the despatch email.
If your order was below £20 you will have had the option for tracked and untracked so it depends what you chose. Standard services do not offer tracking.
What about customs charges?
We are based in UK so there may be some customs and import charges in other countries. Check with customs in your country before you order in you are unfamiliar with them, as all import charges are the buyers responsibility.
Where is my order?
We hope your order arrives with you quickly. You should be able to see updates from the tracking but please contact us if you are experiencing long delays. We share everything and don’t have any extra tracking info though!
Very occasionally Royal Mail and their delivery partners have delays but your order should be with you soon. It is rare for tracked items to go missing but should this happen we will work together to resolve.
Can I return my order?
We are confident that you’ll love the items you have ordered but if you would like to return your order you can do so within 14 days, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us and we will send you the address to send your return to.
Personalised items cannot be returned.

Products
Do you offer custom printing?
As big Lego fans ourselves, we have used custom printed pieces for a long time to personalise our builds and add the finishing touches to our city. To help you do the same, we offer a good variety of custom products here and hope to offer many more in the future.
What if a product is out of stock?
You didn’t miss out on it! If a product is out of stock it is only short term and temporary, you will still be able to place your order as a back order whilst we get to work making more.
Timescales depend mainly on part availability, usually 1-2 weeks for normal parts and 2-3 weeks for minifigure parts.
If we ever stop making any products entirely they will removed from our store.
How do you print your designs?
We take great care in designing our products and printing them, alongside a thorough quality control process. We use UV printing as the method to print our designs with professional, high end equipment and supplies from Roland.
Do you use genuine Lego parts?
Yes, all the parts we print on are genuine Lego® products. To achieve the best look for a minifigure we very occasionally use custom accessories made to fit.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major cards, there is also Apple Pay built in.
Why do minifigure prices vary?
This is normally because of the cost of a parts or sometimes the complexity in printing. Some parts are harder to come by than others and come at an increased cost.
